Deputy Manager

myCare Grampian is an independent home care and supported living provider based in the centre of Aberdeen, with a satellite office in Inverurie. We are looking for an experienced Deputy Manager who has achieved their SVQ level 4 or equivalent (or has SVQ level 3 and willing to achieve level 4) and is registered with the SSSC to assist the Registered Manager with the day to day running of the business, and to deputize in their absence. You will need a proven track record within home care at a management level for at least 1 year (negotiable for the right candidate). You will possess excellent knowledge of the Care Inspectorate regulations and care standards. We have been established since 1997 and have a full team of long serving, loyal, highly dedicated staff who work well together to create a happy and warm environment. This post has become available due to an internal restructure, the current deputy manager will remain in post to support the transition.
