See What a Career Pathway Looks Like First-Hand
Sometimes, the best way to picture your own career pathway is to hear from someone who’s already on the journey. Nicola Smith is one of our valued team members. She joined myCare in 2022, training for an administrator role.
Nicola chose to begin in an office-based position to understand how our background processes worked and how we provided care. This foundation has helped her build confidence, develop new skills and feel more connected to the wider team.
While Nicola continues to work in administration, she’s now aiming to progress into a supervisor role. This next step reflects her dedication and passion for supporting others, as well as the many opportunities myCare has for growth.
