Care Coordinators

Our team of coordinators are responsible for delivering and managing the day to day care and support services for a wide range of customers. All our customers have a dedicated coordinator responsible for their own individual care package that they know by name.

Care Practitioner

Our team of community based supervisors work closely with the care coordinators to manage the day to day care and support services for our customers. They also ensure the care and support staff are supported within their job when working out in the community and thus ensuring all our customers are receiving the highest quality of care which is specifically designed to meet their needs.

Care and Support Staff

Our team of care and support workers are experienced in delivering care and support that is tailored to the specific needs of our Customers. To achieve this, we ensure that your care/support worker is closely matched based on your individual needs and the support you require.

Learning and Development Team

Our dedicated team of learning and development officers ensure all staff are trained and supported to the highest of standards.

Recruitment and Administration Teams

Recruitment and Administration teams manage all the organisations recruitment, administration and financial administration etc.

Prior to commencing employment with myCare all new care and support staff go through an extensive selection, checking and vetting procedure which includes face-to-face interviews, reference checks and a Disclosure Scotland Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) check. This is mandatory and audited as part of our internal quality assurance system. All staff undergo an extensive induction and training process to ensure they are equipped to provide the highest standards of care and support when working in the community. This is supported by ongoing training and development during employment.
