Your Life-Long Qualification

You will be able to complete an SVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care with us – free of charge.
We have an in-house training centre under the Scottish Qualifications Authority (SQA), meaning you will be able to receive all the certifications required within our community. Even if you aren’t currently going through a specific training program, there are a range of systems in place to give you all the advice and support you could possibly need throughout your work.
The Employee Assistance Programme essentially gives care workers access to a range of support services. This includes free legal advice to help you get a well-rounded understanding of your field and the legal aspects of any services you may be providing. There are also counselling services readily available to help you process any of your experiences and challenges safely, protecting your personal mental health and well-being at all times. There is also a variety of other support resources available through this program.
