The team at myCare UK is proud to announce the results of our Annual Service User Survey for 2024. Thank you to all of our valued service users who took the time to participate!
With the input of 132 service users, our annual survey reveals some encouraging results, including a high level of satisfaction with our services and care workers. We have also identified some specific areas to focus on as we continually strive to improve our quality of care.
The majority of the service users surveyed live in Aberdeen City, with the rest from Aberdeenshire and Victoria Grange. We provide a range of personalised home care solutions in these areas, including home care, live-in care, and care for various conditions, including dementia and learning disabilities.
Read on for an overview of the survey results, including our four key takeaways and corresponding questions and answers.
