Jane Swan
Registered Manager for myCare Tayside

Joining the company in 2003, Jane is the longest serving member of the Tayside office team. Jane started with the company as a care and support worker, has worked as a supervisor, care coordinator and trainer until being promoted in to her current role as the Registered Manager

Jenny Stroud
Registered Manager for myCare Grampian

Joining in 1997, Jenny is our longest serving team member. Jenny worked as a supervisor, care coordinator, and deputy manager prior to her current role as registered manager for myCare Grampian.

Lynne Smith
Deputy Manager for myCare Grampian

Lynne is our second longest serving member of the Grampian team having joined us 21 years ago. Lynne was trainer for the company before stepping up into her current role as deputy manager for myCare Grampian.

Pam Tyrell
Deputy Manager for myCare Tayside

Pam joined the company in 2004 as a care and support worker, moving on to a supervisor role for a number of years; Pam is now the deputy manager for myCare Tayside, based in the Dundee office.

Catherine Moore
Team Leader for myCare Tayside (Perth)

Catherine joined the company in 2017 as a Team Leader for the Perth office.

Care Coordinators:

Our team of coordinators are responsible for delivering and managing the day to day care and support services for a wide range of customers. All our customers have a dedicated coordinator responsible for their own individual care package that they know by name.

Area Supervisors:

Our team of community based supervisors work closely with the care coordinators to manage the day to day care and support services for our customers. They also ensure the care and support staff are supported within their job when working out in the community and thus ensuring all our customers are receiving the highest quality of care which is specifically designed to meet their needs.

Care and support staff:

Our team of care and support workers are experienced in delivering care and support that is tailored to the specific needs of our Customers. To achieve this, we ensure that your care/support worker is closely matched based on your individual needs and the support you require.

Training and Recruitment Team:

We have dedicated training and recruitment teams who work closely together that are responsible for all our recruitment, induction and training within in the organisation. Prior to commencing employment with myCare all new care and support staff go through an extensive selection, checking and vetting procedure which includes face-to-face interviews, reference checks and a Disclosure Scotland Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) check. This is mandatory and audited as part of our internal quality assurance system. All staff undergo an extensive induction and training process to ensure they are equipped to provide the highest standards of care and support when working in the community. This is supported by ongoing training and development during employment.
