We are recruiting for Care Worker / Support Worker / Care Assistant in all areas of Aberdeen City – from Bridge of Don, Bucksburn, Dyce in the north; Garthdee, Kincorth, Torry in the south; Hilton, Northfield, Mastrick in the west; Seaton and King Street in the east; all the city centre areas and all other surrounding areas not listed. We have care work on double-up and single runs for drivers and walkers.

Subject to mandatory recruitment checks we have Full-Time & Part-Time Care Worker / Support Worker / Care Assistant positions available now. We work on a weekend on/off basis as our service operates 365 days a year.

You probably already have the skills and knowledge you need to make a great Care Worker, but we can offer you the training to enhance and perfect your skills and to take the next step in your career.

The main duties of the role will include:

Motivating Clients to get the most out of their day
Administering medication
Assisting Clients with washing and dressing and other personal care
Shopping
Housekeeping
Meal preparation

The essential skills and attributes that we are looking for in the right person are:

Have a genuine passion to want to help others
Ideally hold a full and valid UK or EU/EEA driving license and have access to own vehicle
Be a reliable team player with a caring and positive attitude
Please note our service is 365 days a week so evening and weekend work is a requirement

Premium hourly rates from £12.20 per hour weekdays
Financial certainty in these difficult times – contractual guarantees either on a Guaranteed Hours contract so you know what your income will be, or a Variable Hours of you prefer flexibility
Flexible shifts close to home on a shift basis e.g 7am to 1pm / 4pm to 10pm
